De TCBT-123+ van Mini-Circuits is een ultra-wideband surface-mount bias tee die toepassingen van 10 MHz tot 12 GHz dekt met een laag insertieverlies, uitstekende VSWR en hoge DC-RF-isolatie over het gehele frequentiebereik. Dit model kan RF-ingangsvermogen tot +30 dBm (1W) en DC-ingangsstroom tot 200 mA verwerken. De unit wordt geleverd in een miniatuur, afgeschermde behuizing (0,15 x 0,15 x 0,14”) met wraparound-aansluitingen voor uitstekende soldeerbaarheid.
