Características:
Os 'ABT16373A são travas transparentes tipo D de 16 bits com saídas de 3 estados projetadas especificamente para acionar cargas altamente capacitivas ou de baixa impedância. Eles são particularmente adequados para implementar registradores de buffer, portas de E/S, drivers de barramento bidirecionais e registradores de trabalho.
Esses dispositivos podem ser usados como duas travas de 8 bits ou uma trava de 16 bits. Quando a entrada de habilitação de trava (LE) está alta, as saídas Q seguem as entradas de dados (D). Quando LE é levado para baixo, as saídas Q são travadas nos níveis definidos nas entradas D.
Uma entrada de habilitação de saída (OE) bufferizada pode ser usada para colocar as oito saídas em um estado lógico normal (níveis lógicos alto ou baixo) ou em um estado de alta impedância. No estado de alta impedância, as saídas não carregam nem acionam significativamente as linhas de barramento. O estado de alta impedância e o acionamento aumentado fornecem a capacidade de acionar linhas de barramento sem a necessidade de componentes de interface ou pull-up.
OE não afeta as operações internas da trava. Dados antigos podem ser retidos ou novos dados podem ser inseridos enquanto as saídas estão no estado de alta impedância.
