JM38510/34101B2A Igual que: M38510/34101B2A Descripción:
Estos dispositivos contienen dos flip-flops tipo D independientes con disparo por flanco positivo. Un nivel bajo en las entradas de preselección () o borrado () establece o reinicia las salidas independientemente de los niveles de las otras entradas. Cuando y están inactivas (altas), los datos en la entrada de datos (D) que cumplen los requisitos de tiempo de configuración se transfieren a las salidas en el borde ascendente del pulso de reloj. El disparo del reloj ocurre a un nivel de voltaje y no está directamente relacionado con el tiempo de subida del pulso de reloj. Después del intervalo de tiempo de retención, los datos en la entrada D pueden cambiarse sin afectar los niveles de las salidas.
El SN54F74 está caracterizado para operación en el rango de temperatura militar completo de -55°C a 125°C. El SN74F74 está caracterizado para operación de 0°C a 70°C.
