16-Bit Randgeactiveerde D-Type-Trigger Flip-Flop Met 3-State Uitgangen
Deze 16-bits randgeactiveerde D-type flip-flop is operationeel bij 0,8 V tot 2,7 V VCC, maar is specifiek ontworpen voor 1,65 V tot 1,95 V VCC-werking.
De SN74AUC16374 is bijzonder geschikt voor het implementeren van bufferregisters, I/O-poorten, bidirectionele busdrivers en werkregisters. Hij kan worden gebruikt als twee 8-bits flip-flops of één 16-bits flip-flop. Bij de positieve flank van de klok (CLK) ingang nemen de Q-uitgangen van de flip-flop de logische niveaus aan die op de data (D) ingangen zijn ingesteld.
Een gebufferde output-enable (OE) ingang kan worden gebruikt om de acht uitgangen in een normale logische toestand (hoge of lage logische niveaus) of de hoog-impedantie toestand te plaatsen. In de hoog-impedantie toestand belasten of sturen de uitgangen de buslijnen niet significant. De hoog-impedantie toestand en verhoogde drive bieden de mogelijkheid om buslijnen aan te sturen zonder interface- of pull-up componenten.
OE heeft geen invloed op de interne werking van de latch. Oude data kunnen worden behouden of nieuwe data kunnen worden ingevoerd terwijl de uitgangen zich in de hoog-impedantie toestand bevinden.
Om de hoog-impedantie toestand tijdens het opstarten of uitschakelen te garanderen, moet OE via een pull-up weerstand aan VCC worden gekoppeld; de minimale waarde van de weerstand wordt bepaald door het stroomafnamevermogen van de driver.
Dit apparaat is volledig gespecificeerd voor partiële power-down toepassingen met Ioff. De Ioff-circuits schakelen de uitgangen uit, waardoor schadelijke stroomterugvloei door het apparaat wordt voorkomen wanneer het is uitgeschakeld.
